The Colorado Convention Center will be buzzing with activity, offering workshops, music performances, and collaborative spaces where creativity meets community.

Get ready for an unforgettable experience, highlighted by three incredible musical performances that will elevate the atmosphere:

RÜFÜS DU SOL – Known for their dreamy, melodic electronic soundscapes, RÜFÜS DU SOL will set the stage on fire, providing a stunning backdrop for flow artists to move, spin, and dance.
CloZee – The queen of world bass, CloZee's electrifying beats and atmospheric rhythms will fuel the creative energy throughout the convention.
Disco Lines – A local favorite, Discolines brings an infectious blend of funky grooves and uplifting vibes, perfect for adding an extra spark to the flow arts community.

FlowCon Activities:

Poi & Hoop Workshops:
Whether you’re new to poi or hooping, or you’re looking to fine-tune your skills, our expert instructors will guide you through techniques, tricks, and transitions. Beginner to advanced sessions available.
Staff Mastery:
Learn the art of staff twirling in an immersive, hands-on workshop. Explore basic moves, firestaff safety, and creative choreography with a variety of staff types and styles.
Flowstar 101 Session:
Discover the magic of flowstars – the gravity-defying, visually captivating prop that blends elements of poi, juggling, and spinning. This session will teach you the foundational techniques and discover why this trendy prop is worth the hype (free take-home flowstar included).
Freestyle Flow Circles:
Join the flow community in a collaborative freestyle jam session. Bring your skills, your spirit, and your energy to flow together with others in a judgment-free zone, where creativity is the only rule.
LED Flow Night:
As the sun sets, the convention center transforms into a dazzling wonderland of light. Experience a stunning LED flow jam as artists illuminate the night with glowing poi, hoops, staffs, and more. Don’t forget to bring your own light-up gear to join the fun!
Fire Flow Safety Certification:
For those interested in incorporating fire into their flow practice, a specialized safety workshop will provide essential knowledge on fire flow safety protocols, gear, and techniques. Certification upon completion.
Flow Arts Vendor Marketplace:
Explore a curated marketplace featuring the latest in flow gear, from custom poi and hoops to flow-related apparel and accessories. Meet local and global vendors and artists to find the perfect gear to fuel your practice.
